WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Standard shipping: 5-10 business days

Expedited shipping (where available): 2-5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Orders under $75 are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

 

DROPSHIPPING NOTICE

Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers. You may receive multiple packages if your order contains items from different suppliers. All packages will be tracked and you will receive tracking details via email.

 

PACKAGING

All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at info.zazayaya@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ZazaYaya is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
