RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every ZazaYaya purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • All lingerie, underwear, and intimates
  • - Swimwear
  • - Adult toys and accessories
  • - Any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • - Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

All other items (workwear, loungewear sets, home luxuries, candles, diffusers) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • - In original condition with all tags attached
  • - In original packaging

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at info.zazayaya@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. 2. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  3. 3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
  4. 4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  5. 5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.zazayaya@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.
